I will advocate for increased state funding and ensure that public dollars stay in public schools, where they directly benefit students, teachers, and staff.

Advocating for Student Success
Every student deserves access to meaningful social and academic opportunities that prepare them for the future. I will champion strong academic programs, career pathways, and extracurricular activities that help students thrive in and beyond the classroom.

Advocating for Educators
A thriving district starts with a supported staff. Our teachers and school employees deserve competitive pay, manageable workloads, affordable insurance, and the resources to do their jobs effectively. I will fight for policies that ensure Denton ISD remains a place where educators feel valued and empowered to do their best work.

Advocating for School Safety
The physical and emotional safety of our students and staff is my top priority. I am dedicated to pushing for the resources, training, and policies necessary to create a secure learning environment. This includes supporting safe and reliable school transportation, so students can focus on learning, and teachers can focus on teaching without worrying about safety.

Advocating for Strong School & Community Connections
Parents play a vital role in their child’s education, and their voices should be heard in the decisions that affect their children. I will ensure that parents have accessible opportunities to engage with the district, provide feedback, and help shape the policies and programs that impact their children’s education.
